Cuando era pequeña, me encantaba ir a la casa de mis abuelos durante las vacaciones.
Jugaba con mi primo y mi prima.
Mi primo se llama Santiago y mi prima Florencia.
Hacíamos cabañas en el jardín.
A menudo, al mediodía, mi abuela preparaba picnics y íbamos a comer en la cabaña.
Por la noche, mi abuelo nos leía historias.
Después, hablábamos hasta muy tarde en la noche …
y en la mañana, nos dormíamos hasta tarde!
Para mi, eran unas vacaciones de ensueño.

When I was little, I loved going to my grandparents’ house during the holidays.
I use to play with my cousin and my cousin.
My cousin is Santiago and my cousin Florencia.
We use to do cabins in the garden.
Often, at noon, my grandmother use to prepare picnics and we use to eat in the cabin.
In the evening, my grandfather use to read us stories.
After, we use to talk until very late in the night …
and in the morning, we were able to sleep late!
For me, they were a dream vacation.
