In the morning, I get up around 6:30 a.m. Afterwards, I brush my teeth, wash, put on my makeup and get ready for work.	Por la mañana, me levanto alrededor de las 6 y 30 de la mañana. Luego me cepillo los dientes, me lavo, me maquillo y me preparo para ir a trabajar.
I have breakfast with my family. I usually eat buttered bread with jam or honey and cereal. I drink orange juice or coffee.	Desayuno con mi familia. Por lo general como un pan con mantequilla, mermelada o miel y cereales. Bebo un zumo de naranja o un café.
Then I go to the office, I start at 8:30 and finish at 16:30. At work I have lunch with my colleagues. Then I continue my activities.	Luego voy a la oficina. Empiezo a trabajar a las 8 y 30 y termino a las 4 y 30 de la tarde. En el trabajo, almuerzo con mis compañeros. Después sigo con mis actividades.
I go home around 6pm, I drive for 15 minutes, my work is not so far.	Llego a casa cerca de las 6 de la tarde, conduzco por 15 minutos, mi trabajo no está muy lejos.
I relax for an hour, watching programs on TV or on my mobile.	Descanso una hora viendo programas en la tele o en mi celular.
Then I prepare dinner. I do this twice a week and someone else does it the other days. I usually have dinner with my family who is back by 7pm.	Luego preparo la cena. Lo hago dos veces por semana y los demás días lo hace otra persona. Suelo cenar con mi familia, que retorna alrededor de las siete de la noche
We chat a bit. If we have free time, we watch a movie, or go out to the mall.	Charlamos un poco. Si tenemos tiempo libre, vemos una película o vamos al centro comercial.
Twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday nights, I go to the gym. I exercise and run.	Dos veces por semana, los martes y los jueves por la tarde, voy al gimnasio. Hago ejercicio y corro.
On those days, I go home very tired, so I take a quick shower, and go to bed immediately.	Esos días vuelvo a casa muy cansada, me doy una ducha rápida y me acuesto enseguida
On other days, I usually go to bed around 11pm and fall asleep around midnight.	Los demás días, me acuesto cerca de las once de la noche y me duermo como a la medianoche.
